How can we increase the interest of millennials in a sales career?
If employers want to attract new generations entering the job market to a career in sales, it is necessary for them to better understand Millennials’ attitudes and perceptions of sales and sales jobs.
We together with SalesOnly, therefore, conducted a study of Millennials’ attitudes regarding sales jobs. The results from this study can be used to decrease the gap between assumptions of Millennials and the employment offering of sales organizations. Also, the results can be used to guide employment branding, thus making sales jobs more attractive to candidates.
