Prosales Sales Capability Assessment is a research-based tool for assessing development areas in your sales oragnization. An assessment of your organization’s capability is performed in areas identified by our research as important for sales excellence. You will also get a benchmark with other Nordic sales organizations.
The assessment is performed through a survey that takes 15 minutes to complete. The result is presented to you the form of a spider web chart. You get to discuss your results and prioritize your continuous improvement work together with our strategic adviser.
Sales Capability Assessment can both be performed as a self-assement, for a sales manager or director, or an organizational mapping, where all employees in the sales organization take the survey.
